"Just wanted to say thank you for a 'no-problem' stay - the hotel was really comfortable and was just a block from our conference. So it was convenient, and no compromise of quality, and we saved a couple hundred dollars (thanks to you) with a 'non-conference' hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and there were no suprises (hidden charges, unexpected fees, etc). With the voucher in hand, all I had to pay for out of pocket was parking. This was excellent. I was very pleased. Thank you!"
