"Access with suitcases was poor. The elevator did not take you to a step free access to the office. Not good. But for the money my room was clean though very small and the staff courteous. I arrived in a snow storm so checking in at midnight at the night window that was exposed to the weather could have been a better experience."

"Hotel was located just four blocks from my appointments. Room was perfect for a single person and continental breakfast was welcomed. Price was great. Front desk and shuttle personnel were very friendly.
P.S. Would be nice if front desk had an iron to let patrons use. I had forgotten my travel steamer."
