"my stay was great. Only complaint was that garbage and towels weren't removed from my door in a timely fashion. I called one night and told them to come get my towels and I was told they would be right up to get them. They stayed there until the next morning. I though that was rather tacky. I also had to go back a few times to get my key re-programmed. After the first time, I made sure to keep it away from credit cards but still had a problem again."
