"Friendly, tremendously helpful staff who did everything possible to make this an enjoyable stay. Bathtub was dented, so that old water remained there when we came. People had dropped paper, food, etc. in the elevator and it remained overnight. I had found this hotel on the internet. I was surprised to find a cheaper version of Extended Stay down the block. I'm not sure what the difference in accomodations was, but would have liked an alert that told me the difference in cost and value."
