"When I arrived on Sunday night at about 2115, the gentleman working the front desk was not very hospitable. I don't recall him ever smiling. After I went to my room and put my luggage away, I asked him for the nearest place to eat, he told me Jason's Deli was open but didn't bother to tell me they closed at 2200. Needless to say, I just drove until I found somewhere quick to get a bite. When I checked out on Tuesday, a different gentleman was working the front desk and he was the sweetest young man. He was helpful and smiling all the time. When I arrived on Sunday, I thought, "I'll never stay in this joint again" but on Tuesday, my mind was changed just because the front desk was so courteous and kind."
