"Our suite had a fine kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator--good for a family celebrating Christmas out of town. For the space and service we got, this was excellent value for the money. I'll stay there again."

"First we had to wait 45min to check in the computer was down, when we finally got in the room and tried to call the front desk to ask information regarding restaurants the line was busy for 30 min, we went down to the front desk to inquire and he said no your phone is working,apon returning from a restaurant, we tried to call again to ask for more pillows, the room was only supplied with 2 small pillows, the line was busy. The hotel over all had a very musty smell even the linen and towels had an oder, We had to use our own towels.The Hotel itself was in a good area for hospital patients, but I would not recommend them staying there because of the cleanliness."
