"On the day I was leaving, my ride (friend in Atlanta) was coming to take me to the airport. She called and had gotten a flat tire (just a few blocks from the hotel).
John was working at the front door. I asked for help and he immediately jumped in the Westin van and went to help her change her tire. We was so wonderful and kind. He really went the extra mile!! I don't know John's name, but I will always remember his help! Thank you.
Very nice conference center. Great food."

"I did not have hot water the first morning, and the bathroom could use a good cleaning.
Also under the bed was dirty(trash) and the carpet needed cleaning. The dust was thick in some places in the room (on the edges of the bedskirt, lamps, toliet paper holder)"
